Does your company need to complete the Veriforce® contractor qualification or prequalification process? We can help you prepare the written safety programs and safety documentation needed to address your Veriforce and Hiring Client requirements.
Veriforce is used by Hiring Clients to prequalify contractors and manage safety, compliance, training, worker qualifications, and other contractor requirements. Contractors may be required to provide company information, safety performance data, written safety programs, JSAs, training records, insurance documentation, worker qualifications, and other supporting information. Veriforce specifically identifies safety programs, JSAs and training records among the documents contractors can upload through its network.
We specialize in the written safety-program and safety-documentation portion of Veriforce qualification. Select the safety programs you need below, or send us the requirements assigned to your company and we can help determine which programs and supporting safety documents are needed.
We will prepare the applicable programs based on your company’s operations and the information you provide. You will receive a complete draft for review before purchase, allowing you to verify the information and request any necessary changes before the documents are finalized.
Once approved, the applicable programs can be provided as individual PDF documents for uploading to Veriforce, along with your editable Microsoft Word safety manual or programs.
Preparing the written programs may be only part of the process. Identifying outstanding requirements, matching safety programs to individual requirements, navigating the platform, uploading documents, and responding to applicable safety questions can take additional time.
We can assist with the safety-related portions of your Veriforce qualification, including reviewing requirements, matching written programs to applicable requirements, navigating the platform, uploading safety documentation, and assisting with applicable safety-related questions.
Send or upload the requirements assigned to your company. We can review them to help determine which written safety programs and supporting safety documents are needed.
If you don’t have a requirement list to upload, that’s okay. You can select the applicable programs from the form below.
Whether you need one safety program, a complete set of Veriforce-ready safety documents, revisions to existing programs, or assistance with the safety-related qualification process, we can tailor the service to what you need.
Veriforce contractor requirements are not necessarily the same for every company. Requirements may depend on the Hiring Client, work being performed, industry, location, employee qualifications, regulatory requirements, and other factors.
Veriforce’s contractor-management system allows Hiring Clients to establish contractor requirements and verify documentation during contractor onboarding and qualification. Its contractor network also provides for uploading safety programs, JSAs, training records and other required documentation.
Your company should therefore prepare its safety documentation around the requirements actually assigned to your organization and the work your employees perform, rather than purchasing a generic package containing programs that may not apply.
You may not need to replace it.
If you already have a company safety manual or individual written safety programs, we can review your existing documentation and concentrate on the programs that are missing, incomplete, or need to be revised for your Veriforce requirements.
Existing company procedures can also be incorporated when appropriate rather than unnecessarily replacing policies that already reflect your operations.
Send us the requirement, deficiency, reviewer comment, or other information you received, along with the program you originally submitted.
A deficiency does not necessarily mean an entire safety program needs to be replaced. An existing program can often be revised to address a missing policy, procedure, responsibility, training provision, documentation requirement, or other identified item.
This section is worth keeping on Veriforce, unlike Avetta.
Veriforce has a substantial Operator Qualification component for companies performing applicable work subject to U.S. Department of Transportation pipeline safety requirements. Its VeriSource OQ system is used to manage covered-task qualifications and qualification records, among other OQ functions.
If your company performs DOT-regulated covered tasks, Veriforce requirements may extend beyond company-level written safety programs to employee qualifications, evaluations, training, drug and alcohol requirements, and related records.
We can help with applicable written safety programs and safety documentation, but Operator Qualification of individual workers involves separate qualification and evaluation requirements.
I like that last sentence because it prevents someone from thinking you’re offering to qualify their employees as operators when what you actually sell is the written documentation.
Veriforce acquired Highwire in October 2025, expanding its contractor risk-management services into additional construction and capital-project markets. Highwire continues to operate under the Highwire name and platform, so contractors working through Highwire should use our separate Highwire assistance section for information specific to that qualification process.
The safety programs we prepare are customized around your company’s operations, employees, equipment, work activities, workplace hazards, existing procedures, and applicable qualification requirements.
You receive a complete draft for review before purchase. This allows you to verify company-specific information, request appropriate changes, and review the safety programs before deciding whether to purchase the final documents.
Approved programs can be provided individually for submission while also becoming part of your company’s editable safety documentation.
