Third-party qualification requirements can vary by platform, hiring client, industry, location, and the work your company performs. Even contractors with an existing safety manual may discover that additional policies, procedures, documentation, or client-specific language are required.

ISNetworld® / ISN® Assistance

ISNetworld®, commonly referred to as ISN®, is a contractor and supplier management platform used by hiring clients to collect and evaluate contractor information.

One of the more challenging portions of ISNetworld qualification can be satisfying RAVS® written safety-program requirements. Contractors may be required to submit individual written programs for review based on their operations and the requirements of their connected Hiring Clients.

OSHA Safety Manuals can help review existing programs, identify missing requirements, prepare individual RAVS safety programs, revise deficient programs, and organize safety documentation for submission.

We can assist with a few individual ISNetworld requirements or a much larger portion of the safety qualification process.

Avetta® Contractor Prequalification Assistance

Avetta® is a contractor and supplier prequalification and risk-management platform used by hiring organizations to evaluate contractors and suppliers.

Contractors may be asked to provide safety information, written programs, OSHA records, insurance documentation, licenses, certifications, training information, and other qualification documentation.

OSHA Safety Manuals can assist with the safety and written-program portions of Avetta qualification, including reviewing existing documentation, preparing missing safety programs, correcting deficiencies, and helping organize applicable documentation for submission.

Companies may also encounter the older names PICS Auditing® or BROWZ in older customer information or searches. We can assist contractors whose current qualification requirements originated through these systems.

Veriforce® Contractor Prequalification Assistance

Veriforce® provides contractor management, prequalification, workforce qualification, training, and compliance services for contractors and hiring organizations.

Depending on the hiring client and work being performed, contractors may encounter company-level and worker-level qualification requirements, including safety documentation and written safety programs. Certain contractors may also have Operator Qualification (OQ) requirements associated with applicable work.

OSHA Safety Manuals can assist with the written safety-program and documentation portions of Veriforce qualification. This can include reviewing existing programs, preparing missing policies and procedures, addressing identified deficiencies, organizing requested safety documentation, and updating programs to address applicable hiring-client requirements.

We can also assist with navigating the safety-related portions of the qualification process and uploading applicable written programs and supporting documents.

Highwire® Contractor Prequalification Assistance

Highwire®, a Veriforce company, provides contractor prequalification and risk-management services with a significant presence in construction and related industries.

Highwire became part of Veriforce in October 2025, but the Highwire name and platform continue to be used. Highwire was still releasing products and describing itself as “Highwire, a Veriforce Company” in June 2026, so I would absolutely retain Highwire as a distinct section and CTA on this page.

Contractors using Highwire may be required to provide safety performance information, OSHA records, written safety programs, and other supporting documentation as part of the prequalification process.

OSHA Safety Manuals can help prepare or revise required written safety programs, review existing safety documentation, address identified deficiencies, and assist with organizing and uploading applicable safety documentation.

Starting Without a Safety Manual?

If your company does not currently have a complete safety manual, we can develop one around your company’s operations, employees, work activities, equipment, and workplace hazards while also addressing applicable third-party qualification requirements.

This allows the documentation prepared for prequalification to become part of your company’s ongoing safety program rather than creating a collection of disconnected policies solely for a single submission.

Have Safety Programs Been Rejected or Returned?

A rejected or returned safety program does not necessarily mean the entire document needs to be rewritten.

The reviewer may be looking for a particular policy statement, responsibility, procedure, training provision, documentation requirement, or other element that is missing or not adequately addressed.

Send us the deficiency notice or reviewer comments along with the program that was submitted. We can review the requirement, identify what may be missing, and revise the written program as appropriate.

Qualifying for Multiple Hiring Clients?

Contractors frequently work for multiple hiring clients, and requirements can differ even when those clients use the same prequalification platform.

Rather than maintaining completely separate safety manuals for every client, it is often more practical to maintain a strong company safety manual and supplement it with additional programs or client-specific requirements when necessary.

This approach can reduce unnecessary duplication while making future qualification, renewal, and documentation requirements easier to manage.
